Run RC.EXE and PBRES.EXE one after the other from anywhere on your hard drive. just Drag & Drop a .RC file onto a shortcut of resource.exe and watch it go.

a Configure File holds the Paths that point to RC.EXE & PBRES.EXE, that file you must edit and place the correct information in it to work on your system.
