Console Screen is Now 80 x 45.  Drag&Drop a File onto Shortcut Icon  to Run Any Program.. right click  will Display Dos Prompt, Left Click will  escape or End Dos Session

Parameters are Passed Thru CMDPASS.EXE and are Sent to the .BAT file with the same name. the Drive&Path, FileName, and Extention are seperated to %1 %2 %3 as Used in a Batch File. you can cram them together to use to RUN Program and Still Use the Individual Information  like %1 to change Directory to the Target Program.
